This new commercial-residential project is situated in the center of Zelzate, overlooking the city. The building consist an L-shaped floorplan of six floors, housing a generous commercial space on groundlevel and 5 floors of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.

The volume is constructed from masonry, with a mixed greenish stone color. The project presents a distinctly urban and ordered facade to both streets. The new building block creates dialogue in the heart of the city.

The building imposes a timeless character and architecture while the project enjoys great visibility from the busy crossing in the heart of Zelzate’s city center.
