We tweaked the initial masterplan and devided the project in two bending bars. As such we created dynamic exterior spaces around the housing project with different identities.

The apartments are are devided in two programmatic stripes. One contains the living spaces and one holds the night areas. This rhythm defines the general outlook of the building and brakes the scale of the project.

The living spaces relate both to the circulation and the private south-oriented terraces. We provide a circulation which is more then a hallway and allows people to interact, relax, foster plants or do yoga.

On the ground floor we positioned a multi-purpose space that offers a clear sight trough the project, connecting both the environment and the inner courtyard.

Urban farming is organised in the masterplan and the landscaping to stimulate social interaction and a healthy environment to live.
