This spectacular site is located near Brussels, on a southwestern slope's building plot with extensive panoramic views looking out across the surrounding countryside.

The house is a reinterpretation of the barn typology from the area composed as a collection of living spaces.

The living and sleeping experience of the house are engaged with the views of the landscape and while at the same time privacy is preserved towards the neighbours. Each room in the house has a well chosen view on the landscape.

The frame of the windows are chosen to remain as slim as possible to maximize the views. We used open corner windows for a more dynamic relation with the garden.
